On August 23rd, Metro Heals teamed up with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) for a powerful day of service — doing what’s close to our hearts: helping those who are food insecure.

In 2 hours, our volunteers packed:

• 📦 85 boxes

• 🍽️ 18,360 meals

• Enough to feed 50 children a daily meal for an entire year!!!!

We came, we spread, we conquered — Metro Heals joined our THRSC family and Hope Delivered Rockwall to SERVE — preparing 975 sandwiches and donating 400+ pantry and hygiene items to our neighbors in need.

Santa’s helpers showed up in full force as Metro Heals and Greetings from Oliver stuffed over 200 stockings to bring holiday magic to local kids in need.

46 runners laced up to run for Metro’s Heals mission — raising over $7,000 (and counting!) to support free clinics and organizations doing critical work across North Texas.

Metro Heals volunteers served up warmth, comfort, and hundreds of quesadillas to families at Ronald McDonald House — reminding us all what to be thankful for this holiday season

Metro Heals joined our THRSC family to support the BRAVE Foundation—raising awareness, offering hope, and bringing smiles through heartfelt care packages for the brave little ones fighting cancer at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

Together with the North Texas Food Bank, Metro Heals packed 14,000 meals to help fight food insecurity and nourish the health of our community — one meal at a time.

Metro Heals is proud to announce that we are now supporting the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center (DARCC).

Metro Heals was a gold sponsor at the Celebration of Hope Breakfast on May 10th.

Our first family volunteer day was a success, as kids outnumbered adults! We helped pack over 1200 lunches for the hungry at Tango Charities ‘Feed the City.’

On Sunday December 10, Metro Heals had 45 runners participate in the Dallas Marathon to raise money.

Our second Ronald McDonald House Breakfast was a fun success.

Dr Musick traveled to Lake Hill Preparatory School to instruct the teachers and staff in basic trauma medicine and tourniquet application.

Our June donation drive with limited edition Metro Heals T shirts exceeded our expectations.

On May 20 Metro Heals finished out a busy month by sponsoring its second blood drive.

Metro Heals was an official sponsor of the Celebration of Hope Breakfast on May 11 benefiting the Hope Clinic.

Our first meal prep event is in the books for the RMHD "Meals that Heal" program - and the first of many to come!

Metro Heals is supporting the Open Arms Clinic in Arlington, and attended their fundraising Gala on April 29.
