Meals Made with Love: Metro Heals Joins FMSC to Fight Global Hunger 🍚❤️

On August 23rd, Metro Heals teamed up with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) for a powerful day of service — doing what’s close to our hearts: helping those who are food insecure.

In 2 hours, our volunteers packed:

• 📦 85 boxes

• 🍽️ 18,360 meals

• Enough to feed 50 children a daily meal for an entire year!!!!

With sleeves rolled up and hearts wide open, we measured, scooped, sealed, and packed each bag of rice, soy, vegetables, and vitamins — taking pride in knowing that every meal represents nourishment and hope for children across the world.

What is FMSC?

Feed My Starving Children is a faith-based nonprofit on a mission to end childhood hunger. Volunteers pack scientifically formulated meals that are donated and distributed to some of the most food-insecure regions around the world — over 112 countries since 2009 have been sent food.
