Our Team

Dr. Cirone (right) and Devin Musick, MD (left) conceived of Metro Heals in 2022. Both strongly believed that Metro Anesthesia needed to become more involved in our local community through charity and volunteerism. The foundation was presented to the partners of Metro Anesthesia, and approved in November 2022. We incorporated in January of 2023, and our 501c3 non profit status was approved by the IRS in February. All donations are tax deductible. In February, we sent out our first call for recurring monthly donations from the generous doctors, CRNAs, and staff at Metro Anesthesia. Monthly signups have been brisk, and we are on track to meet our internal revenue goals in order to create a stable permanent fund for local free clinics and other non profits.

Dr. Cirone lives in East Dallas with his wife Natalie and four children. He practices at several local hospitals and surgery centers, and is a partner at Metropolitan Anesthesia Consultants.

Dr. Musick lives in Oak Cliff with his wife and son. He practices at several local hospitals and surgery centers, and is a partner at Metro. Dr. Musick is also currently serving as our Treasurer. As treasurer, Dr. Musick plans to grow the Metro Heals fund through sound investment. Our goal is to make Metro Heals a permanent presence in supporting local free clinics and other non profits.
