Dallas Marathon 2024: Running With Purpose

In 2024, Metro Heals was proud to rally 46 runners from across the Metro Anesthesia family to participate in the Dallas Marathon, all running with a shared purpose—to raise funds for meaningful causes.

Through their efforts, we raised support for:

• Hope Clinic in Garland

• Open Arms Clinic in Arlington

• Counting Stars Ranch in East Texas

• Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center

In addition, each race entry supported Scottish Rite for Children, the official beneficiary of the Dallas Marathon.

Our 2024 participants included:

• 🏃 4 full marathon runners

• 🏃‍♀️ 9 half marathon runners

• 🏃‍♂️ 2 half marathon relay teams

• 🏃‍♂️ 6 full marathon relay teams

This event has become a signature part of the Metro Heals calendar—bringing together physicians, CRNAs, nurses, techs, and family members to promote health, raise awareness, and support the community.
